We worked as creative partners, responsible for the complete redesign
of their digital product, experience, interaction and strategy. Guided by design thinking, we worked iteratively and gained user insights to ship only the best offerings. By creating a contextual experience and elevated branding, we helped first time sellers feel informed and secure to mail in a high-end handbags.
